Caleb is a Founding Partner of Three Bay Capital. Three Bay is a Private Equity Firm based in Dallas-Fort Worth that invests in operating businesses, alternative credit and commercial real estate. Prior to Three Bay Capital, he worked with Weild & Co., a boutique investment bank, focused on client mandates spanning sourcing capital, M&A advisory, and sell-side transactions. Engagements spanned across FinTech, Tech, Family Entertainment, B2B SaaS, Media enterprises and real estate. Caleb was previously Chairman of his family’s Family Council and served over a decade as a next gen 5th generation member. He still actively serves the family advising on topics such as education, family systems, and governance. Caleb received his MBA from Texas Christian University.
