Chris Staffel is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in energy, healthcare technology, agriculture, and construction. She currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for PowerPlus Companies where she is tasked to lead corporate development and build out a private equity arm for M&A Growth Capital and Emerging Funds in multifamily new development. As an entrepreneur, she has founded, scaled, and taken startup companies public with an aggregate exit valuation of $1.38 billion. As an investment manager, she has founded her own investment firm as well as served as Managing Director for a venture capital investment firm for Fortune 500 executives and has led fundraising, sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, IPO preparedness, and exit strategies. Chris holds a BM from Wheaton College Conservatory, MFA from the University of Central Florida, & MBA from Rice University.
