After a nine-year career in the National Football League as a Linebacker, Kevin Burnett decided  to join the family business, not only as a real estate investor but also as a full-time real estate agent. Eager to stay close to the game and share his wealth of knowledge, he is also the Head Football Coach at McArthur High School in Hollywood, Florida.

As an investor and realtor specializing in multifamily investing and wealth building through real estate, Kevin added residential real estate to his focus in 2021, with the goal of helping families gain wealth through ownership. In March of 2021, Kevin founded Second Estate Realty, based in Davie, Florida, in Broward County, taking great pride in educating clients through the real estate process from contract to close. Utilizing his unique skill set in teamwork, leadership, and commitment, Kevin has consulted and shared his knowledge with realtors around the United States on how to thrive and grow their businesses into multimillion-dollar brands. With the ability to market and provide creative insight and provide systems, tools, and models for every situation, Kevin is highly sought after for his in-depth knowledge and anticipation of the real estate market.

When Kevin is not busy team-building and nurturing relationships in the real estate world or mentoring the young men of McArthur’s football program, he’s on a baseball field, volleyball court, or golf course, watching one of his four children participate in the sports they love.

While at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Kevin and teammate Michael Munozwere elected captains in both their junior and senior seasons, an honor that hadn’t been attained in more than 50 years at the University of Tennessee. While playing football, Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master of Science in Sports Administration with a minor in Business Administration. Kevin is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and the Miami Association of Realtors.

Kevin is also an active investor and contributor to a series of disruptive Healthcare Services, Solutions and AI/Tech Innovation. Committed to identifying, supporting and elevating projects that address mental health, wellness, housing and food insecurity, essential patient care in underserved patient populations, particularly Veterans and former NFL Colleagues.
