Rogers Healy is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of investment experience. As the founder of multiple companies spanning industries from real estate to memorabilia, he attributes his success to his keen eye for talent. Embodying the roles of entrepreneur, investor, leader, and music enthusiast, Rogers understands what it takes to make a company successful.

Rogers began his real estate journey in 2001 while studying at Southern Methodist University, initially helping friends find housing. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a career, leading to the founding of Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate (RHA) in 2006 after gaining valuable experience at national brokerages. Over time, he expanded his vision, creating four sister companies under The Rogers Healy Companies umbrella: Healy Global Real Estate and Relocation (2007), Healy Property Management (2008), RHA Commercial (2010), and RHA Land and Lake (2021).

Today, Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate is Texas’ largest independently owned real estate company, with accolades including Inc. 5000 rankings, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and Dallas Morning News Top Workplaces. Rogers has been consistently recognized with honors in real estate, such as D Magazine’s Top Residential Real Estate Producers and D CEO’s Dallas 500 Most Influential Leaders for 2025, highlighting his industry impact and leadership.

As fate would have it, Rogers made his first investment in the world of Venture Capital in 2012, in Mizzen+Main. He quickly fell in love with connecting the dots in the world of VC, and after over a decade of investing in deals ranging from CPG to SaaS, Rogers founded Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners (“MoSe”) in 2022. “MoSe” quickly made a name for itself, with early-stage investments in companies ranging from tequila to trading cards, and has been able to add a new layer of experience to venture capitalism. He was most recently recognized as one of D CEO’s Dallas 500 Most Influential Leaders for 2025 for his leadership at Morrison Seger.

Most importantly, Rogers lives a life of faith, alongside his wife Abby, their daughters Henley and Collins (named after Eagles’ frontman, Don Henley, and Phil Collins), their dogs, and all their music memorabilia. Rogers has one of the largest collections of music memorabilia in the world. During his free time, Rogers enjoys relaxing with his family and friends at ‘Hotel California’, his 2,500 sq ft back house turned music oasis.
