Dr. Jenkins has 30 years experience leading and growing mission-based organizations. She has been in senior executive leadership positions and generated over $150 million for causes like the American Red Cross, Girl Scouts, Armed Services YMCA, Federation of American Scientists. She has worked on Capitol Hill, been a lobbyist for the National Association of Manufacturers, and helped lead and grow the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, an accredited medical education provider, to record levels of capital. She is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Applied Technology for School Security (www.cats2.org) where she is leading the roll out and launch of a proprietary SAAS OWL technology to help save lives in k-12 school shootings.  Dr. Jenkins holds advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins, London School of Economics, Harvard and Vanderbilt. At University of Wyoming, she has taught US and Wyoming Government and created a MBA course and taught Nonprofit Leadership and Innovation at the University of Wyoming College of Business.
