Will Clayton is the CEO and cofounder of Sky Harvest, which equips companies to meet their sustainability goals with True Credits—carbon credits that are precise, complete, and irreversible. Will also serves as an operating partner leading the Energy Transition sector for Edge Natural Resources, a Dallas-based energy private equity firm with $1.2B in assets under management.

Previously, Will served as the Chief of Staff at Strata Clean Energy where oversaw strategy and led the successful turnaround of an underperforming division. Prior to Strata, Will was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients on strategy development, market growth, and program management in the energy and consumer industries, as well as the public sector.

Will is an Eagle Scout and sits on the board of the Broughton Travel Fellowship, which he founded in 2013. Will earned a BA in Economics with highest honors from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
